For people familiar with the on-line NASA/JPL Horizons API, these PHP programs serve as a proof-of-concept demonstrating some of the kinds of custom software that one can build with PHP around the Horizons API. 

The programs can be run on a local web server with Internet access, such as XAMPP, or on-line on a personal web site via any standard web browser.

If you are a PHP programmer, all source code is public domain and can be edited any way you wish.

If you have a desktop web server with an internet connection and PHP installed, you could run the programs from your desktop via web browser.

I use the experimental General Ephemeris Tool from my desktop, so the HOME settings are for my home location in New York State, USA.  Those defaults can be changed in the source code.
